The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the architecture, design, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure in a healthcare environment. This role leads the delivery and optimization of highly available systems supporting clinical and business applications, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with healthcare standards. This role will serve as a technical lead for core infrastructure initiatives, partnering with security, application, and clinical teams to deliver reliable end-user computing solutions. This is a full-time position based at our corporate office located in Woodbury, MN. Standard business hours, Monday - Friday Schedule with occasional work-from-home opportunity. This role will also involve occasional on-call coverage with flexibility to float to other Summit locations as needed. This role will require the employee to work on-site at our Corporate Campus in Woodbury, MN. Primary responsibilities:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Summit's hiring range for this position is $99,286 to $124,108 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Bachelors of Information Technology (required)
Experience
Minimum of five years of experience working in a Windows enterprise environment required. (required)
