On Call Concierge

NRI Staffing is seeking professional, customer-focused On-Call Concierges to support a variety of clients throughout the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexible, as-needed work with the potential for a variety of assignments. Placements may include luxury condominium and apartment communities, property management offices, residential buildings and conference or event support environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Assist with package management and deliveries
• Monitor building access and follow security procedures
• Coordinate with property management staff as needed
• Provide administrative and customer service support
• Support conferences, meetings and special events when assigned
• Perform additional front desk and concierge duties as required
