We proudly serve executives, families, senior citizens, celebrities, inexperienced travelers, and small groups seeking a seamless airport experience. Whether adding comfort, convenience, or luxury to a journey, our Airport Concierges deliver exceptional white-glove service in a fast-paced airport environment.

The Airport Concierge is responsible for ensuring complete client satisfaction by delivering personalized assistance and exceptional customer service throughout the airport experience. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure total client satisfaction.
• Greet and assist clients curbside, at airport gates, arrival halls, and other designated locations.
• Escort clients throughout the airport and help them reach their destinations efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of airport amenities, including restaurants, retail locations, airline ticket counters, lounges, and gate information.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with airport authorities, regulatory agencies, and airline personnel.
• Handle all client information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Adhere strictly to airport escorting and security protocols.
• Utilize Airport Butler's reservation system to manage client services and requests.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members during unusual or challenging situations.
• High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Experience providing luxury, VIP, hospitality, or concierge services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in airport, airline, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Professional, friendly, and energetic communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must adhere to company uniform and grooming standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Successfully complete training and become proficient with Airport Butler's reservation system.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
