ATI is seeking to hire a Senior Manager - Program Deployment at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX. This position will be based in office five days per week. This role is responsible for leading deployment planning, cutover execution, and business readiness activities across large-scale transformation programs involving multiple workstreams, systems, and business functions. This role ensures successful delivery of data migration, deployment governance, user readiness, and operational transition activities while minimizing business disruption and ensuring adoption of new processes and technologies. The Program Deployment Leader is responsible for leading end-to-end deployment activities for enterprise business and technology solutions across multiple functions and sites. This role combines project management, deployment coordination, change execution, and operational readiness to ensure successful implementation of systems, processes, and business transformations.
The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional leadership, technical and business acumen, and hands-on experience managing deployments, user acceptance testing (UAT), environment readiness, data strategy, data migration/cutover activities, and go-live execution. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, system integrators, and program leadership to ensure coordinated execution across all phases of the transformation lifecycle. This role will report to Director, DT Transformation Programs. Program & Deployment Leadership
- Lead deployment planning and execution activities for large transformation programs, enterprise programs, system implementations, and business transformation initiatives with multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Develop integrated deployment, cutover, and transition strategies aligned with program timelines and business objectives.
- Develop and manage integrated deployment plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate deployment readiness across business, technical, infrastructure, security, and support teams.
- Manage deployment governance, risks, dependencies, escalations, issue resolution activities and operational impacts.
- Ensure deployment activities are executed with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure all deployment environments (development, test, staging, production) are established, configured, validated, and available.
- Lead data cutover strategy, planning, and execution activities for deployments and go-live events.
- Develop detailed cutover plans including timelines, checkpoints, rollback procedures, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate production deployment activities and go-live execution.
- Monitor deployment success criteria and support hyper care/stabilization activities.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across program workstreams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Assist Program Manager with program leadership tasks
- Part of PMO team to eventually establish a organizational PMO
Cutover & Go-Live Management
- Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, deployment runbooks, rollback strategies, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate go-live readiness assessments and approval checkpoints.
- Lead command center activities during deployment and hyper care phases.
- Monitor deployment execution and ensure timely resolution of critical issues during cutover.
- Ensure post go-live stabilization, transition to support teams, and successful operational handoff.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Partner with business leaders, process owners, PMO, and technical teams to align deployment priorities and readiness activities.
- Communicate deployment status, risks, decisions, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive user adoption, business readiness, and change management activities in collaboration with organizational change teams.
- Support training, communication, and readiness initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish deployment governance standards, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure all deployment activities comply with organizational standards, audit requirements, security policies, and regulatory expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation including deployment plans, sign-offs, SOPs, reconciliation reports, and support documentation.
- Track KPIs, deployment metrics, issue trends, and program readiness indicators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformations, ERP, digital, or enterprise deployment programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex data migration and deployment activities across multiple workstreams
- Experience working with ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong experience in cutover management, hyper care support, and operational transition activities
- Experience working in matrixed, global, and cross-functional environments
- PMP, Agile, Prosci, SAP, or related certifications preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or industrial environments
