Job Title: Security Administrative Assistant
Location: Clearwater, FL
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Industry: Defense and Space Manufacturing
Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 /hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week.

What You'll Do:
  • Visitor Management - Maintain visitor requests, logs, and issue badges.
  • Front Desk Support - Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate parties.
  • Phone System Operation - Operate the company's phone system using Microsoft Teams.
  • Camera Monitoring - Monitor facility security cameras through Avigilon.
  • FSO Support - Assist the Facility Security Officer with security and operational procedures.
  • Security Compliance - Support self-inspections and DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments; develop a working understanding of NISPOM and 32 CFR.
  • Administrative Support - Perform office tasks for Senior Staff, including scheduling offsite events.
  • Documentation Management - Maintain phone logs, spider charts, strategic action trackers, Senior Staff meeting calendars.
  • General Office Duties - Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in general office or administrative.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to create solutions independently.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and core values.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Complete Facility Security Officer (FSO) training.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
