Schedule: 1st 7:00am - 03:30pm
About the Opportunity:
As a Production Flow Coordinator, you will be essential to keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring a continuous and efficient flow of materials and products throughout the production process. You'll develop a deep understanding of the tools, materials, and workflows in your assigned areas while working closely with team members and leadership to minimize disruptions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Maintain uninterrupted production flow by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or disruptions
  • Continuously supply raw materials, move finished goods, and remove waste to support efficient operations
  • Monitor production activity and provide timely updates on product counts and workflow status to supervisors and management
  • Follow standardized processes to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity of operations
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the team to support collaboration and productivity

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning/using computer software.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree
  • Need to be able to multitask, agile, organized, work independent
  • Need to be able to lift and be on your feet all day, moving throughout the facility
  • Electronics manufacturing experience
  • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team(s)
  • Self-motivated and independent to drive tasks forward
  • Understanding of the process from start to finish and be able to quickly read the entire work space to efficiently and effectively support the team.
  • Ability to maintain a tight schedule
  • Ability to understand and visualize the process flow to alert management of any potential or on-going issues or road-blocks that arise.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to understand product flow.
