Job Position: Pricing Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $140,000 - $160,000
Job Description:
The Pricing Manager is responsible for leading the pricing strategy and development of cost proposals across the enterprise. This includes overseeing subcontractor pricing engagement, shaping strategic price positions, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on competitive and compliant pricing approaches. Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Lead development of complex pricing strategies across a wide range of contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable, IDIQ, OTA, etc.).
- Guide internal stakeholders, including capture, operations, and executive leadership on pricing posture, competitiveness, and risk assessment.
- Act as a subcontractor pricing lead - meet with subcontractors, define cost-narrative requirements, review their pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with MEG's pricing objectives.
- Produce price-to-win analysis, competitive pricing analysis, profitability modeling, and scenario-based costing.
- Perform pricing risk analyses and assess potential impacts to program execution and company profitability.
- Produce BOE development, cost volume narrative creation, and price justification documentation.
- Lead pricing strategy sessions and assist in shaping win themes tied to price realism and PTW outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all FAR, CAS, and solicitation-specific cost regulations.
- Present pricing inputs during gate reviews, red/green team reviews, and post-submission debriefs.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing tools, templates, and processes.
- Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
- Identify trends and developments through analysis and presents findings to senior management
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Ten or more (10+) years of progressive experience in Pricing or Program Finance experience, including leadership of pricing activities.
- Deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, and federal acquisition regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel, experience with pricing and data visualization tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale USG proposals, including OCONUS and subcontractor-heavy efforts.
- Must have schedule flexibility to support dynamic, short-turn proposal timelines and cross-time-zone meetings.
