Product Builder - Roswell, GA

Pay: Up to $23/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Onsite)

We are hiring a Product Builder I to join a fast-paced manufacturing team supporting high-quality product assembly and inspection. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, or assembly experience who are detail-oriented and thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality
• Operate equipment and follow standard work instructions and quality procedures
• Handle materials, labeling, and documentation with high accuracy
• Use measuring tools, microscopes, and hand tools for precision work
• Maintain training records and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilize basic computer systems for production tracking (materials, confirmations, labels)
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and working with small components
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
