DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist with monthly reporting
* Assist with customer support and billing
* Assist with flight schedule changes
* Reach out to 3rd party vendors for ad-hoc ground handling services
* Assist with cross department operations coordination for flights, permits, overflights, and schedule changes
* Assist with UPS Peak badging, security training documentation, and badge tracking
* Assist with Ad Hoc Charter Quotes
* Perform other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma/GED
* 3-5 years aviation experience
* 2 years' experience in flight or regulatory environment
* Proficient with Microsoft software: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
* Fluent in Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365
* Experience with Docusign and Adobe Acrobat
* A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to interpret flight schedules
* Knowledge of airport identifiers

PREFERRED:
* College degree
* Experience in Citrix, Ops ++ and Netline
* Experience in obtaining flight permits and slots
