Job Summary The Senior Web and Digital Experience Analyst manages daily web development, including page updates, UX/UI design, and HTML coding. This role provides technical support for Salesforce CRM and digital marketing automation to drive enrollment campaigns, lead generation, and student life cycle strategies. This role sits within Marketing, and Public Relations, working closely with the Student Affairs, and District Marketing teams. The Analyst conducts UX research and analyzes traffic for data-driven decisions. Serving as the primary internal resource, they advise departments on design, content strategy, and functionality via a structured ticketing workflow. Additionally, the Analyst manages digital accessibility compliance to ensure all content meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards. Essential Functions 35% - Content Management: Interprets client web update requests and translates their vision to the website architecture. Executes web page edits and updates from client tickets, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to brand standards. Serves as the primary point of contact for edit requests and manages the ticket workflow from submission to completion. 20% - UX & Accessibility: Ensures design consistency and upholds brand standards across the Phoenix College website. Guides UX strategic direction, manages accessibility compliance (ADA/Title II/WCAG), and provides recommendations to improve the overall digital experience for prospective and current students. 20% - Salesforce Digital Marketing Automation: Collaborates with Phoenix College, District marketing, and Student Affairs leadership on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or CRM) lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, and student life cycle optimization. Provides technical support for automation workflows, list management, and performance reports to support enrollment goals. 15% - Client Consultation: Trains staff webpage users, assigns permissions, and meets with and advises clients on web page design and functionality. 10% - Proactive Web Content Research & Development: Researches trends in higher education web design, accessibility standards, and digital marketing. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve content relevance, search performance, and visual presentation. Performs other duties as appropriate & assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interactive Media Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Science, and four (4) years of professional journey-level experience in developing, planning, and implementing creative visual design projects and campaigns. OR An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered. Desired Qualifications 1. Three (3) years of web design experience working with an existing framework of Enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) within a larger organization. 2. Strong foundational experience with HTML and/or modern web design principles. 3. Has experience utilizing a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 4. Three (3) years of experience with graphic design software or programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). 5. Demonstrated experience diagnosing accessibility barriers and implementing front-end or content fixes to meet WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. 6. One (1) year of experience working in Marketing, IT, Recruitment, or Enrollment Management. 7. One (1) year of full-time, relevant MCCCD experience within the previous two (2) years.
