Join Ecolab as a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Specialist at our manufacturing facility in San Bernardino, CA. This position will monitor compliance with SHE regulations while overseeing preparation and response for compliance audits. Further, the position will work with plant and corporate staff on the design, development, coaching, training and administration of SHE systems. In addition, the SHE Specialist will assist plant management to implement and maintain company policies adhering to local, provincial, and federal SHE regulations while managing specific regulatory compliance projects resulting in systems and processes that remediate known areas of concern. The position will also focus on reducing waste generation, increasing recycling, and improving treatment systems. The role is crucial in promoting and maintaining a safe working environment and providing guidance on Safety regulations, making everyone an integral part of our operations. What You Will Do:
