Job Title: Manager, Total Rewards FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Human Resources Reports to: Director, Total Rewards GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for the leadership, administration, and operational execution of Loram's compensation, benefits, compliance, and Total Rewards programs. This role leads a team of Total Rewards professionals and ensures consistent delivery of programs, processes, controls, reporting, and employee support across the Total Rewards function. The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of Total Rewards operations, including compensation administration, benefits administration, compliance activities, workers' compensation and leave administration, and related operational processes. The role partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to support accurate, compliant, and effective program delivery. This position plays an integral role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Total Rewards services in alignment with Loram's ICARE values. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the administration and execution of compensation, benefits, compliance, workers' compensation, leave administration, and Total Rewards operational programs.
- Manage and develop the Total Rewards team, including establishing priorities, allocating work, monitoring performance, and supporting professional development.
- Ensure consistent administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee compensation administration activities, including market pricing, job evaluations, salary administration, incentive administration, compensation cycles, and related reporting.
- Oversee benefits administration processes, vendor coordination, employee support activities, and ongoing program execution.
- Direct compliance-related activities within the Total Rewards function, including reporting requirements, audits, documentation, and operational controls.
- Establish and maintain operational controls, process documentation, and audit practices to support compliance, data integrity, and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor service delivery, workload distribution, and operational performance across the Total Rewards function and implement improvements as needed.
- Partner with Payroll, HRIS, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure effective execution of Total Rewards programs and initiatives.
- Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement process improvements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Support annual planning activities, program renewals, budgeting processes, and other Total Rewards initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain reports, analyses, and documentation related to Total Rewards programs and operational performance.
