Overview FNF Construction, Inc., a MasTec Company, is currently hiring for a Screed Operator. The screed operator is responsible for safely operating asphalt paving equipment, completing required safety training, and performing pre and postshift inspections. The role requires basic knowledge of asphalt, milling, and paving, along with the ability to monitor milling operations and adjust controls to meet project specifications. Operators must communicate effectively with the crew, maintain and repair the screed drum daily, use proper PPE, and be willing to work varied shifts and travel throughout southwestern states as needed.
