YOUR IMPACT You will help shape and lead our approach to client development for North America and across the globe. You will focus on developing and delivering strategies that help guide both internal and external stakeholders down the marketing funnel. You will have a variety of responsibilities, from analytics to identifying clients, to coordinating outreach, to driving best practices in proposals, and tracking our performance across these steps. You will manage a small team focused on North America and will collaborate with our global Client Activation team. Your work will help set the trajectory for the next S curve of the McKinsey Transformations (MT) practice. The opportunity for supporting clients with Transformation is huge. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest salary for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
