Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role will perform a variety of sales and service functions using a high degree of personal service skills. A Concierge Banker is responsible for efficiently processing a variety of client transactions and promptly responding to all client information and transaction requests. In addition, a banker should be knowledgeable of all Bank services and products and is trained to promote and deliver those service, to include, but not limited to deposit accounts, cash requests, funds transfers, wire transfers and stop payments. This individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires accuracy and the highest level of service. This role will be accountable for the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the branch while providing leadership and direction to colleagues.
