Production Operator - Assembler Permobil has a position open for a Production Operator - Assembler Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm Schedule: Full-time Location: Lebanon ________________________________________ Build what's next at Permobil. Your Role in Our Mission Perform quality checks on parts to be assembled. Rotate through all the stations that are required on the production line. Operate hand tools and be able to identify tapping/cross threading. Provide assistance to others in your immediate area if necessary. Be able to consistently meet the desired takt time. Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency What You'll Bring High School or GED equivalent, preferred. Previous experience performing assembly duties is preferred. Must have mechanical aptitude, experience with common hand tools Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 30 lbs Must be able to learn/work a minimum of 6 stations on a rotating basis Must have basic computer skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong problem-solving mindset ________________________________________ Pay Transparency The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
