Employee Relations Representative (Hybrid) - Fountain Valley, CA
Pay: $23.41 - $34.66/hour | Direct Hire

As an Employee Relations Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our temporary employees, helping them feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success. Whether you're answering questions, solving problems, helping with onboarding, or celebrating wins, you'll play a big part in creating a positive employee experience from day one.

This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work, and it also requires regular onsite visits to client locations. You'll spend time meeting with employees where they work, building relationships, providing support, and ensuring they have a great experience.

What You'll Do


  • Be the friendly first point of contact for employees, answering questions about company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.



  • Help employees navigate everything from onboarding to day-to-day questions with confidence.



  • Visit client sites regularly to build relationships, support employees, and maintain a strong on-site presence.



  • Jump in to troubleshoot payroll questions and connect employees with the right resources.



  • Build strong relationships by providing outstanding support and clear communication.



  • Keep employee information organized, accurate, and up to date in our systems.



  • Collect employment information and help generate reports that keep our team informed.



  • Share referrals, recruiting leads, and market insights that help us grow.



  • Partner with our Corporate team to resolve employee concerns and support workplace investigations when needed.



  • Know when to escalate complex situations so they get the attention they deserve.



  • Pitch in wherever needed-because teamwork makes everything better!

What You'll Need


  • Customer service experience and a basic understanding of Human Resources.



  • An associate degree (or equivalent experience), or at least two years of recruiting experience.



  • The ability to travel locally and visit client sites on a regular basis.




Bonus Points If You Have


  • Experience in technical or professional staffing.



  • A bachelor's degree.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
