About the role:

As a member of the Professional Education team, you will play a critical role in advancing physician and healthcare provider education for Boston Scientific's leadless cardiac rhythm management (CRM) portfolio. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality clinical education, technical expertise and training that supports the safe and effective adoption of leadless pacing technology worldwide.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Educate healthcare providers on product indications and support adoption of the leadless CRM portfolio through comprehensive clinical education.

* Provide clinical expertise and training to Boston Scientific field personnel and both current and prospective healthcare provider customers.

* Deliver training in accordance with the EMPOWER Leadless Pacemaker Physician Training Program Quality Document.

* Provide technical support consistent with approved instructions for use and applicable clinical trial protocols.

* Support physician, clinical staff and internal personnel education and training initiatives.

* Serve as a clinical and therapy expert on Subcutaneous ICD (S-ICD) and leadless pacemaker technologies, including device implantation, patient selection, reimbursement and programming.

* Educate physicians, nurses, educators and other healthcare professionals on patient selection criteria and therapy indications.

* Coordinate and deliver educational programs through both in-person and virtual learning environments.

* Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback that supports technology enhancements and future product development.

* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously evolve and enhance leadless pacemaker education and training programs.

* Contribute to the Professional Education team by delivering education that supports the global launch of leadless pacing technologies.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

* Comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex medical devices.

* Strong collaboration, teamwork and communication skills.

* Ability to quickly adapt to new professional environments, including hospitals and catheterization or electrophysiology laboratories.

* Flexibility to accommodate unanticipated travel for clinical expertise and infrequent case support.

* Ability to prepare and deliver effective written and verbal communications.

* Thorough knowledge of Boston Scientific policies, operations and procedures.

* Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

* Ability to obtain and maintain all required vendor credentialing.

Preferred qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the clinical medical device industry, with a focus on cardiac rhythm management products.

* Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

* Strong knowledge of Subcutaneous ICD (S-ICD) therapy and implant procedures.

* Professional training or clinical education experience.

* Previous experience with leadless pacemaker technology.

* Demonstrated business acumen.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
