Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Order Fulfillment Specialist to support the Order Administration team during an SAP system upgrade project. This position plays a key role in processing and fulfilling medical equipment spare parts, tools, and radioactive source orders while delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates residing in the greater Raleigh-Durham (RDU) area.

Location

  • Candidates must reside in the Raleigh, Durham, or Cary, NC area for IT support and quarterly meetings.
  • No travel required.

  • Monday-Friday | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday-Saturday | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Sunday-Thursday | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Process, research, and escalate spare parts, tool, and radioactive source orders.
  • Track shipments, backorders, and delivery status.
  • Investigate and resolve order-related issues.
  • Coordinate with Field Service Engineers, Technical Support, Customer Care, warehouse logistics, vendors, and shipping carriers.
  • Reconcile spare parts shipments and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Utilize SAP, Microsoft Outlook, FedEx, DHL, and other internal systems.
  • Deliver timely, professional customer service while meeting service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable approach.
  • Comfortable learning customized software applications.
  • Flexibility to support alternate shifts during staffing shortages.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every eight weeks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, order processing, or administrative support.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required.

Training

  • Remote onboarding through Microsoft Teams.
  • One-on-one training and job shadowing provided.

Interview Process

  • One 30-minute Microsoft Teams video interview (camera required).
