Order Management Deliver Operator

Description

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join Siemens Healthineers as a Logistics Order Fulfillment Specialist supporting a major SAP system upgrade initiative. This team plays a critical role in supporting medical imaging equipment used in hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide.

In this role, you will help ensure urgent medical equipment parts and tools are delivered quickly and accurately so healthcare systems can continue operating without interruption. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment while supporting critical healthcare operations.

This position is fully remote, but candidates must reside within the Raleigh-Durham-Cary area for equipment support and occasional team meetings.

$32.00-$35.20 per hour
(Includes applicable shift differential based on assigned schedule)

* Monday-Friday | 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
* Tuesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
* Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
* Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM-7:30 PM
* Tuesday-Saturday | 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
* Sunday-Thursday | 1:00 PM-10:00 PM

* Process and manage urgent spare part and tool orders supporting medical equipment repairs

* Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from field service engineers and internal teams

* Track shipments using FedEx, DHL, XPO, and warehouse systems

* Investigate and resolve shipment delays, order issues, and backorders

* Escalate complex order concerns and collaborate with internal teams for resolution

* Maintain accurate order information and inventory tracking within multiple systems

* Navigate SAP, Outlook, and logistics platforms while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

* Deliver exceptional customer support and ensure timely order fulfillment

Job Requirements

* Fully remote work environment

* Structured 4-5 week virtual training program

* Hands-on learning experience with one-on-one coaching and team support

* Training completed remotely through Microsoft Teams

* Minimum of 1+ years of professional work experience

* Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

* Strong customer service skills and professionalism

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to learn new systems quickly

* Logistics, coordination, inventory, administrative support, customer service, or order management experience

* ERP or SAP experience (not required)

* Backgrounds in coordination, education, technical writing, finance, healthcare support, or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply
