Exemption Status: ExemptJob Description: The Director of Student Leadership and Strategic Partnerships in the Neidorff School of Business (Neidorff) is a senior administrative professional responsible for leading the Neidorff Scholars Program and advancing strategic partnerships with corporate, nonprofit, alumni, and regional stakeholders.This role serves as a student-facing central connector across the School of Business, cultivating experiential learning opportunities including site visits, consulting projects, co-ops, internships, and mentoring programs. The Director collaborates closely with faculty, deans, and campus partners to ensure high-impact, practice-oriented learning experiences that enhance student success, career readiness, and community engagement. This position requires strategic relationship management, program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration appropriate to a mid-level professional role in the San Antonio higher education market.
