Position Details Pay Rate: $18.00/hourInterviews: June 25th - July 10th, 2026, Orientation Date: August 7th Schedule: Full-time with set schedule adherence required Location Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA (820 Stillwater Rd, 95605). This supports initial training and rare emergency business continuity needs. Day-to-day work is performed remotely from your home. New Hire Bonus: $400 total, paid in two installments - $200 payable following completion of your first full week of employment, and $200 payable upon successful completion of the four-week paid training program. Must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payout. Bonus payments are taxable and subject to applicable withholdings. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the helpful voice on the other end of the line for members and healthcare providers navigating important programs:
