Job Overview Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with leaders across IT, Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions to optimize indirect spend, negotiate favorable supplier agreements, and deliver measurable business value. Success in this position comes from your ability to influence stakeholders, build strong supplier partnerships, manage complex sourcing initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. This role also provides leadership to one Procurement team member responsible for supporting procurement programs.
