The GTM Coordinator is a highly dynamic, cross-functional role designed for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional. Serving as the operational and logistics backbone of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will support our global markets and retailers by managing business reporting, market sampling logistics, digital and education content organization, operational systems, internal events, and purchase orders.

This position is an incredible entry point into the company ecosystem, offering deep visibility into global brand strategy, market trends, and product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Intelligence & Reporting (25%)

  • Data Retrieval & Synthesis: Regularly extract and analyze performance data across global markets and key retailers.
  • Reporting Suite Management: Own the creation and dissemination of weekly and monthly business status reports to keep regional and executive teams aligned on performance.
  • Competitor & Price Benchmarking: Assist with the market dimensioning process by pulling market-specific industry data (e.g., Circana/NPD) and constructing visual price ladder comparisons to inform pricing strategy.
  • Assortment Master Tracking: Maintain, update, and optimize crucial master trackers hosted on SharePoint.

2. Market Sampling & Product Logistics (25%)

  • Non-Saleable Catalog Forecasting: Own the seasonal updating of the Sampling Catalog presentation and spreadsheet. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing to align on new/discontinued sample SKUs, artwork, and technical codes.
  • Sample Management: Coordinate the allocation, logistics, and shipping of product samples, comps, and registration samples to meet local market compliance and operational needs.
  • GTM Product Closet Ownership: Manage inventory, organization, and shipping requests for the global GTM product closet. Ensure products are readily available and seamlessly dispatched for international market requests, retailer pitches, press events, executive reviews, content shoots, and global training events.

3. Operational Excellence (20%)

  • Information Architecture: Structure, clean, and organize GTM SharePoint sites and digital libraries to ensure global teams have instant access to necessary assets.
  • Communication Flow: Draft and distribute critical business memos, brand updates, and launch catalogs to international markets.
  • Financial Operations: Assist with purchase order (PO) creation and track relevant department expenses.

4. Team Support & Event Planning (15%)

  • Meeting & Event Logistics: Coordinate high-profile internal meetings, executive reviews, and retailer presentations. Manage venue scouting (conference rooms, hotels, offsite locations), complex AV/Teams setups, and catering coordination.

5. Digital & Education Campaign Support (15%)

  • Digital Asset Management: Partner with the digital team to help prepare launch book presentations and manage digital asset organization within internal databases.
  • LMS & Creative Coordination: Partner with external digital agencies to upload and publish Learning Management System (LMS) education content globally, while supporting overall creative asset logistics and share-outs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Analytical Aptitude: High comfort level working with data. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, sleek presentation design) are required to build report templates.
  • Systems Experience: Prior experience with industry databases (such as Circana/NPD/IRI), ERP software (such as SAP), or SharePoint is a strong plus.
  • Project Management: Outstanding ability to multitask, prioritize urgent market requests, and manage physical inventory simultaneously.

Desired Soft Skills

  • Highly Organized: You derive genuine satisfaction from building efficient systems, organizing digital architecture, and maintaining an immaculate physical product closet.
  • Proactive & Curious: You don't just pull numbers-you wonder what they mean. You actively look for ways to streamline workflows before being asked.
  • Assertive Communicator: You understand that global markets have distinct cultural and business needs, and you aren't afraid to ask clarifying questions to ensure execution is done right the first time.
