This is a hybridremote role based out of the Dublin, OH office, with employees expected to work onsite on designated inoffice days each week. The Senior Security Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise security solutions across infrastructure, identity, network, and endpoint domains. This individual brings a strong background in systems and network engineering (e.g., Active Directory, servers, email, and networking) and applies that expertise to secure and improve enterprise platforms in alignment with established security architecture and standards. Working with minimal supervision, this role independently troubleshoots complex performance and security issues across workstations and servers, identifies root causes, and delivers practical, scalable solutions. Key areas of focus include identity and access management, endpoint and server security, VPN, WAF, web proxy, and data protection technologies such as DLP. The Senior Security Engineer is highly proficient in scripting and automation, using these skills to streamline operations, improve reliability, and enhance security controls. This role also serves as a senior technical contributor-mentoring engineers, leading implementation efforts, supporting solution design within assigned platforms, and driving operational ownership, consistency, and continuous improvement across security services.
