The Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement (MSKA) Operations Intern supports department operations and assists with improving operational processes under the guidance of department managers. This temporary, in-person full-time internship is located in the Arlington, VA Kerecis office and reports to the Manager of Training Operations and Events. Major Areas of Accountability
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person training programs, meetings, and initiatives
- Organize and update training materials, presentations, participant guides, agendas, and handouts
- Create professional presentations, templates, newsletters, infographics, and communications using PowerPoint and Canva
- Coordinate virtual and on-site training logistics, including invites, materials, room setup, signage, and attendee support
- After receiving relevant training, ensure that activities comply with company standards and government regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Manage printing requests, meeting room bookings, survey collection, and assist with other administrative support. Maintain departmental templates, shared resources, training libraries, and SharePoint content
- Support special projects and other MSKA operational needs as assigned

Basic Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited Associate, Bachelor, or graduate program of study
- Interest in training operations, learning and development, project coordination, and/or design
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of completeness and accuracy
