In this role, you will operate and support filling and packaging lines, handle materials, and monitor equipment performance to deliver efficient, high-quality output. You'll work closely with teammates to keep production on track, identify issues, and maintain safety and compliance standards. We rely on you to ensure accurate documentation, inspect products for quality, and help maintain an organized production flow we succeed together when every detail is done right!

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • A completed High school education is required.
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Strong attention to quality with the ability to inspect products for accuracy and defects
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Comfortable working with materials, inventory systems, and scanning processes
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and accountability
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed

Here is What We Offer You:

  • Any shift that starts from 12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hr shift differential.
  • Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.
