Credence has an immediate need for a Supply Chain Analyst F-35 who will be primarily responsible for supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is responsible for the life-cycle program management of the F-35 Lightning II, which includes the F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C variants. It oversees the development, delivery, and sustainment of this fifth-generation joint strike fighter for the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and international partners. The JPO also collaborates with various partners to drive innovation and cost efficiency in enhancing the F-35's capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Monitor and assess the health of individual weapon system, proactively identify supply chain issues, perform in-depth analysis, recommend solutions, and support implementation of recommendations.
- Conduct analysis to enhance contingency spares and equipment support from an enterprise-level perspective.
- Integrate the contingency sparing systems and support equipment items across the entire supply chain.
- Coordinate with DoD agencies, stakeholder staff, Air Staff, MAJCOM, COCOM operations and maintenance planners to ensure effective and efficient supply support.
- Analyze GFE/GFP, SE, life support, and demilitarization requirements.
- Analyze and compare Government and prime contractor GFE/GFP plans and schedules with program status to recommend those actions required to comply with plans, identify changes to plans, and recommend corrective actions to resolve problem areas.
- Apply knowledge of GFP/GFE purchasing to determine cost, develop budgets, process purchasing documentation and resolve issues to ensure adequate asset availability.
- Ensure that supply systems and procedures are followed per DoD/AF guidance.
- Capture and record all pertinent supply data.
- Resolve DMSMS issues, research parts availability, establish Aircraft parts supply priority, and resolve MICAP situations.
- Identify parts' cost, lead-times and sources of repair or manufacture.
- Forecast supply support requirements and interface with DLA to coordinate, track and monitor supply status.
- Use logistics expertise and DoD and AF supply chain knowledge to provide complete logistics support in all aspects of supply system support including accessing applicable systems such as DOD EMALL D200 and D043.
- Support and accomplish spares provisioning as required, and shall interface with appropriate inventory managers located within a variety of DoD agencies.
- Ensure that platform spares requirements are identified and shall support the coordination of programming the requisite funding to meet the identified requirements. This includes research of technical data packages and recommended level of maintenance for source maintenance and repair codes.

- Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
- MA/MS and ten (10) years of relevant experience or
- BA/BS and eighteen (18) years of relevant experience or
- Twenty-two (22) years of relevant experience
- Experience with F-35 sustainment.
- Experience with aircraft spares and retail supply levels.
- Experience supporting deployment kits such as DSP/ASP.
- Experience working with the F-35 Program Office and warfighters.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Preferred experience as ACC Special Experience Identifiers (SEI) "2BD" F-35 Materiel Management (2S0X1) ACC Air Force Job Qualification Standard or ACC SEI "2BU" indicating expert level F-35 experience.
- Experience with statistical process control, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Pareto analysis is a plus.
- Experience with forecasting and regression analysis is a plus.
