What we're seeking: Frontier is seeking a Senior Advisor to join our Sales Enablement team.This person will work closely with members of the Sales Enablement and Operations team and cross-functionally to help support the various tools, systems, and programs that our sales teamsutilize. This role requires an individual with a willingness to learn, creativity, multi-taskingskillsand a strong interest in process improvement. The key mission of a Sr. Sales Enablement Advisor is to support and empower a sales team to reach a company'sobjectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology and have proficiency in Microsoft office applications. This is an entry-level position for candidates who aspire for a management position and to grow with Frontier as we build a Gigabit America. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be in our Dallas, TX location. What you'll do:
- Assume responsibility for ad hoc sales enablement projects and special assignments
- Ensure the sales enablement presentations, reports, and content are easily and readily accessible in shared network drives, in sales/marketing systems, and on SharePoint, and that sales are aware of new content
- Coordinate and organize logistics for ongoing Sales Enablement Programs and Events. Support activities related to the completion of enablement deliverables, tool administration, asset creation and maintenance
- Assigned independent duties and responsibilities on a recurring basis such as attending regional sales meetings, recommending policy changes and updates, participating in and/or leading special projects
- Works under the instruction of a Manager in the development of project plans, responsibility matrix, secures resource commitments, and project plan progress report
- Provides timely updates to projects to team members and leaders
- Sharing information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the sales team
- Provide support for product and service launches by helping the sales team to understand a company's solutions and sell them
- Responsible for the curation and delivery of Sales Process, Policies and Procedures. Provides substantive input to learning roadmaps and learning journeys for all strategic solutions and products, in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Operations team and Sales Training and Development
- Support post-onboarding initiatives for the sales team to collaborate, share best practices and identify process improvements
- Documentation management and control.Materials include, but are not limited to, documentation of sales processes, enablement materials, resources describing our market and approach, etc
- Support the Sales Operations team in managing the distribution of licenses and adoption of various tools within our sales productivity stack
- Webinar hosting and scheduling
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Enablement team and various departments

What background you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Businessor similar degree. MBA preferred
- Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams,Salesforceand Visio
- Success-driven and a team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and flexible to work 'competently fast' to hit deadlines. Ability to work either independentlyor,as part of a larger team
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, process and detail-oriented, a self-starter who is highly motivated to obtain goals/results
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, salesrepresentativesand subject matter experts
- Must be able to work and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment while coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to think logically in solving assigned problems and to present recommendations with clarity in written and graphic form
