We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and building scalable solutions that support business analytics and operational effectiveness. The Data Engineer will work closely with business and operational stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to develop reliable, high-quality data solutions that support reporting and enterprise analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and both business and operational stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.

  • Support Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting initiatives.

  • Assist in the design, development, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, troubleshooting issues as needed.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation procedures.

  • Stay up to date with new data engineering technologies, tools, and best practices, while proactively learning and researching solutions that can help improve data processing and reporting capabilities.

  • Maintain and update documentation related to data pipelines and infrastructure.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with database management systems and SQL.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

  • Basic understanding of Operating Systems and ACLs

  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with programming languages and datatypes

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Able to work with little supervision and willing to conduct independent research to complete assigned tasks.

  • Must be able to work on site.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and techniques such as Microsoft Power BI.

  • Knowledge of and /or experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.

What We Offer

Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $78,000-$91,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.

Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
