Mass General Brigham Home Care delivers non-acute, medically necessary skilled care directly in patients' homes to help "homebound" individuals recover from illness or injury and manage chronic conditions. Our interdisciplinary services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, medical social work, and medical supplies as needed. We are seeking a full-time, Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic "Constitution" team. Your time will be spent in working in Arlington, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere, and Somerville. While navigating transportation and parking in the city can be challenging, we will secure city parking passes for new team members to make the commute as convenient and stress-free as possible! Enjoy the freedom to create your own schedule while providing dedicated 1:1 care-because your work-life balance is essential. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with an anticipated caseload of approximately 4-5 visits per day, plus time allotted for documentation, visit planning, chart review, and care coordination.
