TEKsystems is actively looking for a field superintendent to pick up 5-7 projects they are anticipating starting over the next several months. Our client over the past year has won a lot of projects that will propel them from a 3-4M annual company to around 15M by EOY. Due to this growth, they need to hire on a field Super to help manage projects. Current state they have Trent Rafus(TEK Former) running all the field projects and he is unable to get to them all which is creating some issues and things falling through the cracks. This person will have run multiple projects at once, been the onsite escalation support on projects, done some light estimating on change orders, reviewed plans/blueprints and create cutsheets for the team, laid out jobs and cable pathways, navigate proper manpower needs between the projects and interface with any customer or subcontractor change needs. This person will be responsible for the overall project timelines and ensure things are running smoothly. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Professional, well spoke, self starter/ will not need to be managed. Must have managed teams before and know how to manage through encouragement and build people up. Must be able to deal with high stress situations effectively. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
