*Job Description*
* Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. * Assist customers with scheduling appointments for airbag recall services and provide dealership information. * Handle approximately 30-40 inbound calls per shift, addressing inquiries related to recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting (e.g., malfunctioning radio codes). * Accurately capture customer concerns, document interactions, and create cases as needed. * Provide clear and accurate information, resolve cases, or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance. * Collaborate with team members to exchange feedback and support professional growth. * Handle high-volume inbound settlement calls, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues. * Deliver detailed claim information with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. * Utilize call center systems and tools effectively to manage customer interactions and data. * Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. * Navigate multiple systems, screens, and software simultaneously to support customer needs. *Schedule Requirements* * Must be available Monday to Friday between *6:00 AM and 5:00 PM*, with shifts assigned within this timeframe. *Core Skills* * Call Center Operations * Customer Service * Computer Navigation * Outbound Communication *Top Skills* * Strong call center experience * Excellent customer service skills * Proficiency in navigating multiple systems * Outbound call handling *Additional Qualifications* * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment * Minimum typing speed of *35 WPM* * Strong computer literacy (multi-screen, tabs, and software navigation) * Previous customer service experience required * Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision * Automotive or dealership experience is a *plus* (not required) *Education* * College degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is acceptable *Experience Level* * Intermediate *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
