*About the Role* We are seeking an experienced *Training Program Coordinator* to support the development and execution of a large-scale workforce training initiative within a *manufacturing environment*. This role will play a critical part in building and scaling a *progressive training model* for a rapidly growing organization.
This is a unique opportunity to *own and shape training programs from the ground up* while working closely with leadership, instructors, and shop floor teams. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain *technical training programs, materials, and curricula* aligned with manufacturing processes * Support and manage a *skills progression model*, including tracking employee training milestones * Coordinate with instructors to ensure timely completion of *hands-on and written assessments* * *Maintain and update training records and tracking tools* (currently Excel; transitioning to Workday) * Partner with production, HR, and leadership to align training initiatives with business needs * Assist in building and improving onboarding programs (bringing training in-house over time) * Participate in and occasionally deliver *hands-on training on the manufacturing floor* * *Develop metrics and reporting to measure training effectiveness and employee progression* * *Support large-scale training efforts for high-volume hiring and workforce expansion* *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree (required) * Experience in *technical training within a manufacturing environment* (must have) * *Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (MPs) and production workflows* * *Proven experience developing and managing progressive training programs* * *Experience supporting or coordinating high-volume training initiatives* * *Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills* * *Ability to work cross-functionally with instructors, leadership, and operations teams* *Why Join* Opportunity to *build and own a workforce training model* from the ground up Rapid company growth with significant *career advancement potential* * Play a key role in scaling a workforce supporting critical infrastructure and technology* * Hands-on, high-impact role with both strategic and operational exposure* *Work Environment* * 100% onsite role * Combination of *office-based coordination and hands-on shop floor engagement* * *Collaborative team environment with Training Supervisors and instructors* * *Fast-paced and evolving as the organization continues to scale* *Make an Impact* In this role, you will directly influence how employees are trained, developed, and progressed-helping to build a scalable workforce model that supports long-term business growth. *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr. fully company benefits fully company benefits fully company benefits fully company benefits fully company benefits *Workplace Type*This is a fully onsite position in Waukesha,WI. *Application Deadline*This position is anticipated to close on May 31, 2026.
