Position: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Hybrid - 10 remote days each month - Must live within 30 minutes from Glen Allen, VA Pay: $22/hr - $24/hr, based on experience Role Overview This role supports safe, efficient, and compliant vessel operations worldwide and serves as a key communication link between internal teams, vessel operators, and external maritime partners. The position also supports market analysis, reporting, and sales coordination. Market Intelligence & Analysis * Collect and distribute market intelligence from various companies, ship brokers, traders, operators, the Baltic Exchange, and other industry sources. * Track, analyze, and maintain port disbursement accounts and port restriction data. * Build and maintain a strong professional network within the global market. * * Reporting & Administrative Support * Prepare and maintain monthly commission reports and related invoices. * Provide internal sales support and communication coverage when team leaders are traveling * *Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Studies, Operations, Analytics, or related field. OR minimum of 2+ years' experience in Corporate setting in related field * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, or BI platforms. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
