Associate Director; Epic Ambulatory Exciting opportunity at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center: We are seeking Associate Director, Epic Ambulatory and Patient Experience. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, delivery, and optimization of Epic Ambulatory and Patient Experience platforms supporting MSK's clinical, operational, and patient engagement objectives. This role will oversee a team of IT professionals responsible for the design, build, support, and continuous improvement of critical applications including EpicCare Ambulatory, Ambulatory specialty modules, Interoperability solutions, MyChart, and Healthy Planet. You will provide strategic and leadership oversight to Team Leads managing Epic application analysts, supporting effective solution delivery for ambulatory operations, population health, interoperability, and digital patient engagement initiatives across the organization.
