DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This internship supports the technology needs of the agency by helping maintain reliable systems and assisting staff. You will gain experience in technical support, equipment preparation, documentation, and customer service. As a Information Technology Intern, you will perform the following duties:
- Technical Support: Assist with resolving technology issues for staff
- Hardware Setup: Prepare, configure, and maintain computer equipment
- Documentation Tracking: Record information and update inventory records
- Project Assistance: Support assigned technology projects from start to finish
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and provide helpful responses to users
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- This is a full-time internship from June 2026 to August 2026.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Internship Requirements:
- You must be currently attending college studying in an Information Technology (IT) related field.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
