Aquent Studios is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to support one of our enterprise clients within a fast-paced in-house creative services environment. This role will manage the intake, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of creative projects supporting internal business initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, communicates effectively across teams and vendors, and has experience managing creative production workflows from concept through delivery.

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be available to work within Central Time Zone business hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee creative projects from kickoff through final delivery
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, approvals, and stakeholder communications
  • Partner with internal creative leads, production teams, and external vendors to ensure successful execution
  • Prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Facilitate project intake, scheduling, and status reporting
  • Ensure deliverables align with brand standards, project objectives, and deadlines


Types of Deliverables

Projects may include a variety of creative and marketing support materials, including:



  • Graphic design assets
  • Data sheets and informational collateral
  • Event materials such as posters, tent cards, and programs
  • Environmental and signage graphics
  • PowerPoint presentations and executive presentation support
  • Occasional video-related projects


Qualifications

  • Experience managing creative services or marketing production projects
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and asset development
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with project management tools and creative review processes preferred
