Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Monday - Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM (No rotating schedule)

Why This Gig Hits Different

• Lead and coordinate daily stockroom operations including inventory, kitting, shipping, and receiving
• Assign and adjust team workloads to meet production demands and deadlines
• Support onboarding and training of new stockroom team members
• Communicate with production, engineering, purchasing, and project management teams regarding material availability
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
• Use ERP and inventory management systems to track materials and generate reports
• Receive, inspect, label, store, and track electronic components and raw materials
• Verify kits, parts, and quantities for production accuracy
• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment according to customer and carrier requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Escalate equipment or process issues to maintenance or management as needed

What It Takes:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in inventory, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or electronics manufacturing
• 2+ years in a lead, senior associate, or supervisory role preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory tracking software
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
