Production Line Ready

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Mechanically inclined with experience in hands-on production or assembly environments preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable with extensive use of hands and wrists, including repetitive motion tasks
• Ability to bend, stand, and move throughout the workday as required
• Prior manufacturing, cable assembly, or warehouse experience preferred

Your Day at the Plant

• Perform assembly, preparation, and processing of medium-gauge cables for production and shipment
• Inspect materials and finished components to ensure compliance with customer quality standards
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures accurately
• Maintain high levels of attention to detail during repetitive assembly tasks
• Support continuous workflow in a fast-paced production environment
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding production status and quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality guidelines
