Overview We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our Human Resources Division at our office in West Palm Beach or Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are looking for a candidate who can provide impeccable customer service and is committed to providing our staff with excellent HR support and teamwork. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive HR professional who takes ownership of responsibilities, anticipates needs, and independently drives HR processes forward in a fast-paced, growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Division with a broad range of functions and executing and administering core HR processes. The role is primarily operational and focuses on coordination with recruiting activities, onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data, administering performance management processes, producing workforce reports, and supporting HR programs.
