Position Summary: The Planning Operations Associate role is responsible for managing item data integrity, coordinating cross-functional updates, and optimizing processes related to product information. They support the planning team by ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of item information and updates.



Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)



  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information in internal systems.
  • Maintain and update item master data, including product attributes, pricing, and lifecycle changes.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies in item data.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to product data, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
  • Provide timely and accurate product information to support demand planning and inventory management.
  • Maintain and update item information in planning and inventory systems.



Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:



  • Associates Degree (or equivalent experience) and proven Microsoft Office skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.



Special Requirements:



  • Occasional weekend work as required to meet business needs.



Location: Aurora, NY area.

Equipment Used: Computer, printer, scanner, telephone, and photocopier.



Physical and Mental Requirements:



  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.
  • Light mental and visual attention is required for performing work where there is some variety, but actions taken and decisions made are limited to few possibilities. Work requires some coordination with others.



Environmental Conditions:

Work is performed in a typical office work environment.
