Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose:

Maintain and manage customer demand and corresponding shipments, monitor and execute special requirements of customer orders, execute on a regular basis billing tasks for services provided. Maintain order entry records: update, file, and ensure availability for auditing purposes, both internal and external.



Nature of Duties/Responsibilities


  • Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.



  • Documents correspondence from internal and external customers and relays relative information to planning mangers, shipping staff, program manager and other management staff as required.



  • Manages customer care concerns: including RMA's, schedule changes and demand changes, directing to the appropriate Planning, Program Manager, Engineering or Quality representatives, as needed.



  • Receives, processes and manages customer demand via email, customer portals, and Oracle sales order acknowledgements



  • Processes, prepares and provides status reports to required customers, and reviews order entry and shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.



  • Updates and maintains numerous documents or reports as required by each customer and/or Program Manager.



  • Assist Program Management in reconciliation of any discrepant Accounts Receivable and disposition of Excess and Obsolete Inventory.



  • Performs other related duties as assigned.





Education and Experience:

Previous Customer Service experience desired. High School diploma or equivalent.


Preferred Skills:

Experience and knowledge of SAP, MS Office applications, Oracle and ability to learn other Corporate applications. Negotiation and communication skills. Be detail, analytical and results oriented. Strong oral and written communication and keyboarding skills.
