Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: Maintain and manage customer demand and corresponding shipments, monitor and execute special requirements of customer orders, execute on a regular basis billing tasks for services provided. Maintain order entry records: update, file, and ensure availability for auditing purposes, both internal and external. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
Education and Experience: Previous Customer Service experience desired. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills: Experience and knowledge of SAP, MS Office applications, Oracle and ability to learn other Corporate applications. Negotiation and communication skills.
