Pay Grade: 10

FLSA Status: Exempt

Pay Grade Range: $64,825.00 - $81,032.39

FUNCTION:

This individual plays a key role in supporting the Credit Union's Finance and Secondary Markets functions through rate lock execution, pricing and pipeline controls, cash and investment support, liquidity monitoring, and financial modeling. The role is responsible for daytoday lock desk operations, daily liquidity oversight, investment reporting support, and operational execution tied to balance sheet strategy.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position contributes to strategic balance sheet initiatives including interest rate risk analysis, capital and liquidity stress testing, and pricing analytics. The role supports policy adherence, assists with internal and regulatory reporting, and collaborates across Finance, Lending, Accounting, and Retail teams to maintain an efficient, controlled, and resilient financial position.

Cash, Liquidity & Collateral Management

  • Support daily liquidity monitoring and shortterm cash flow forecasting to assist funding and balance sheet management decisions.
  • Assist with collateral management and reporting for FHLB, FRB, and other secured funding arrangements, ensuring accurate pledge and utilization tracking.
  • Maintain liquidity dashboards and supporting analytics used for internal monitoring, ALCO reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Financial Modeling & ALM Support

  • Gather, validate, and transform data for use in asset/liability modeling, interest rate risk analysis, and capital and liquidity stress testing using ALM First and supporting systems.
  • Prepare ALCO, Pricing Committee, and Board reporting materials, including analytical exhibits, variance explanations, and supporting schedules; record ALCO meeting minutes and action items.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Excelbased tools for scenario analysis, pricing evaluation, and ad hoc financial modeling to support balance sheet strategy and management decisionmaking.

Lock Desk & Pricing Operations

  • Execute daily rate lock, relock, extension, and modification activity in accordance with pricing parameters, investor guidelines, and internal policy.
  • Review and validate pricing requests, reconcile daily lock activity, and resolve pricing discrepancies in coordination with Lending, Secondary Markets, and Accounting.
  • Monitor pipeline activity, lock expirations, and fallout risk; identify and escalate unusual lock or pricing activity as needed.

Reporting, Controls & CrossFunctional Support

  • Support internal, audit, and regulatory reporting requests by preparing schedules, narratives, and supporting documentation related to treasury, lock desk, and balance sheet activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between Finance, Accounting, Lending, and Secondary Markets to ensure accurate data flow, timely reconciliations, and consistent reporting across systems.
  • Assist with policy adherence, model documentation, and process controls related to pricing, liquidity monitoring, and balance sheet reporting.

Other Duties

  • Maintains confidentiality of all member and credit union information and data.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
  • Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Interest in mortgage finance, capital markets, or financial operations.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with regular on-site days at the Littleton Headquarters. This work environment is subject to change based on business needs.
