ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Sales Finance at SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands in San Francisco, you will serve as a key finance partner to the North America sales team. In this role, you will deliver financial, strategic, and operational insights that support goal achievement and drive profitable growth. You will play an important role in planning, forecasting, and reporting while providing perspective on trade investment effectiveness, financial performance, and growth opportunities. As a core finance contributor on cross-functional teams, you will help inform strategic decisions, strengthen financial processes and controls, and support long-term sales growth objectives for the Lifestyle Brands organization. This role offers the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work while leveraging your financial foundation and expanding your business acumen through close collaboration with sales leaders and cross-functional partners. Success will be measured by your ability to deliver accurate financial plans and reporting, translate data into meaningful insights, and support the sales team in executing business strategy.
