Full-Time | Physical Therapist Assistant

Schedule:

32-40 hours per pay period

Available Shifts:

Day Shift

Pay Range: $30.24 - $36.85 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make

  1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services using approved treatment techniques under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
  2. Support patients in improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
  3. Deliver care in accordance with established therapy plans, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
  4. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
  5. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in required systems
  6. Collaborate with therapy team members and interdisciplinary staff to support patient care and outcomes
  7. Provide professional, compassionate service to patients, families, and care partners

Qualifications Required:

Education Required:

  1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  2. Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Minnesota (or eligible for licensure)

Experience Preferred:

  1. Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, outpatient therapy, or rehabilitation settings
  2. Experience working with adult or geriatric patient populations
  3. Experience providing therapy services under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  1. Working knowledge of applicable state and federal healthcare regulations
  2. Experience working with older adults in a senior living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting preferred
  3. Experience in both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings desired
  4. Ability to plan, prioritize, and carry out therapy assignments independently within scope of practice
  5. Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  6. High level of commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service
