Physical Therapist - Clinic

JOB DESCRIPTION

Physical therapist will provide a comprehensive patient evaluation, establish a plan based on objective clinical data with goals and implement specific treatments for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure quality care.

EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current New York State license

EXPERIENCE:

Proficient with EMR documentation.
