Assembler - 2nd Shift

TheKit Packresponsibilities for this position include:

• Perform multiple operations on main-line stations with shorter cycle times to pack parts making kits
• Perform repeatable processes requiring a low amount of troubleshooting and adjustment to safely pack a quality product
• Ability to use basic hand tools, wire cutters, tape guns and measuring devices
• Must operate at standard productivity rate after completion of formal training
• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrated a low level of mechanical aptitude
• Ability to be trained on forklift, RF scanners, label printers, and other equipment as assigned
• Ability to learn basic SAP computerized transactions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years related experience
• Ability to understand drawings and/or instruction bulletins helpful
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours with frequent bending, stooping and squatting
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. while handling bulky items

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $30,000 - 45,000

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
