Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Mid Market Account Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview:
The MidMarket Account Manager (MAM) is responsible for retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer base by building strong relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role carries a new revenue quota and focuses on driving uplift revenue while minimizing churn across assigned accounts.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for midmarket customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.
What You'll Do
- Grow revenue within an assigned base of existing midmarket customers through upsell and expansion opportunities
- Manage and renew customer contracts to increase retention and reduce churn
- Build proposals using Segra's full portfolio of connectivity, cloud, and managed services
- Deliver effective sales presentations and quarterly account reviews
- Use CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to manage opportunities, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Customer Care to ensure successful order fulfillment and ontime delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and sales documentation
- Identify and pursue new logo opportunities within the existing customer base
Qualifications:
Education- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field - or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 2+ years of telecommunications or technology sales experience
- Experience selling solutions such as connectivity, cloud, storage, security, or managed services
- Prior ILEC/CLEC or enterpriselevel sales experience preferred
- Experience supporting midmarket and/or enterprise customers is a plus

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 + commissions
