As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Denton, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the chance to support daily operations through strong communication, reliability, and teamwork while reflecting our caring culture and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee traffic, assist with access-related protocols for restricted areas, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions.
• Support loss prevention and store operations by observing high-traffic areas, helping to de-escalate conflicts, and completing detailed incident and activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
